The Great Catalog Affiliate Program

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Referral Program (“Program”) is an integral part of your agreement with us that consists of the Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) located at: https://greatcatalog.net/en/terms-of-use/, and Privacy Policy & Cookies (“Policy”) located at: https://greatcatalog.net/en/privacy/ (all together - “Agreement”).

By generating a Partner_ID in your Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms of this Program and agree to them.

If you do not agree (or cannot agree) with the provisions of the Agreement, then you are not eligible to participate in this Program, but please notify us about this in any way provided for in Clause 29 of the Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

PARTNER is the user of Service, who participates in the Referral Program, who has generated a Partner_ID in his Account and who, using such Partner_ID, attracts Referrals.

REFERRAL is the user of Service, who participates in the Referral Program and who registered (created an Account) on the Service using the Partner's partnership (referral) link.

PARTNER_ID is the Partner’s identifier generated in the Account.

All other definitions contained in this Program are used as defined in the Agreement and Applicable Law.

3. REFERRAL PROGRAM CONDITIONS

This Program applies exclusively to Purchases on the Service in the form of a Subscription.

Only individuals who are registered (have created Accounts) on the Service can participate in this Program.

One user of the Service can be both a Partner and a Referral.

A Referral, who visited any web page of the Service via several partnership (referral) links from different Partners, is considered a Referral of the Partner whose link he registered (created an Account) on the Service through.

4. PROCEDURE FOR ATTRACTING REFERRALS

Attracting Referrals by the Partner is carried out by placing a partnership (referral) link to any web page of the Service.

This is conducted by adding ?_ref=PARTNER_ID to the address of the web page, for example, https://greatcatalog.net/?_ref=PARTNER_ID/, where “PARTNER_ID” is the Partner_ID of the Partner. 

The partnership (referral) link must be direct, without hidden redirects. 

Placement/distribution of the partnership (referral) link is allowed through:

  • placement of banners, buttons;

  • placement of a text link;

  • writing an article about the Service that encourages the reader to start using the Service.

The web page which the Partner's partnership (referral) link is placed/distributed on must comply with the legislation of the European Union in terms of personal data protection and the legislation of the country of registration of the administrator of such web page.

It is forbidden to place/distribute the partnership (referral) link:

  • using robots, “spiders” or other automated devices, processes or means of access;

  • using mass mailing of emails, spam in all its forms;

  • using contextual advertising for requests containing the domain name of the Service (greatcatalog.net) and/or its derivatives;

  • using contextual advertising leading to any web page of the Service; or

  • in such a way that it may mislead users who follow the partnership (referral) link.

Any participation in the Program (both as a Partner and as a Referral) through own or related fictitious Accounts aimed at generating rewards "for yourself" is prohibited.  

We reserve the right to use our own algorithms to detect violations of the terms of the Program (in particular, prohibited methods of participation in the Program), the details of the operation of which are not subject to disclosure.  

5. PARTNER’S REWARD

In accordance with the terms of this Program, the Partner's reward is accrued on the Purchases of only those Referrals who were registered (created an Account) on the Service using the partnership (referral) link of such Partner.  

The amount of the Partner's reward for attracting Referrals in accordance with this Program amounts from 5% of the fee for the corresponding Subscription (the exact value of the reward will be displayed in the corresponding section of Partner’s Account related to the Program). 

After purchasing a Subscription by a Referral using the Partner's partnership (referral) link, the Partner's expected reward will be displayed in the relevant section of the Account related to the Program.

Due to the fact that in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, in certain cases the users of the Service are allowed to get a refund (including funds paid for the purchase of a Subscription), the Partner's reward is accrued after the expiration of the paid period of the Subscription (for example, when purchasing a monthly Subscription - after the expiration of each calendar month from the date of purchase of the Subscription; when purchasing an annual Subscription - after the expiration of each calendar year). After the expiration of the paid Subscription period referred to in this clause of the Program, the accrued reward becomes available for transfer to the main balance of the Partner's Account for its subsequent withdrawal.

You are entitled to withdraw the accumulated reward after accumulating an amount on your Account that exceeds 20 euros.

Payment of the reward to the Partner is carried out within ten (10) working days from the date of submission of the application for the withdrawal of the reward amount.

All bank commissions related to the transfer/withdrawal of funds and the payment of taxes (fees, other mandatory payments), which may be applied in the country of your tax residency, are covered at your expense.

The reward is not accrued to the Partner in case if:

  • payment of the fee was made by a Referral at a reduced price (including, but not limited to: within the Promotion); 

  • until the moment of accrual of the reward to the Partner, the Referral made a request for the refund in accordance with the terms of the Agreement; or

  • two (2) calendar years have passed since the Referral was registered on the Service.

6. VIOLATION OF PROGRAM TERMS

If you violate the terms of this Program, we have the right to charge you a fine, limit or completely terminate your participation in the Program.

7. CHANGE OF THE CONDITIONS

We may change the conditions of this Program at any time by posting the revised Program conditions on the relevant web page of the Service. With the help of the Service functionality or by sending an email, we will attempt to notify you that the terms of the Program have changed.

The amended conditions of the Program shall enter into force immediately from the date of posting of the amended conditions of the Program on the relevant web page of the Service.

Your continued participation in the Program after posting of the revised Program conditions means that you accept and agree to the revised Program conditions. 

8. PROGRAM TERMINATION

We have the right to terminate this Program at any time by posting a notice of termination of the Program on the relevant web page of the Service. With the help of the Service functionality or by sending an email, we will attempt to notify you that the Program has been terminated.
