Ersa Mobilya (Turkey)

The company began its activity with a metal workshop and was founded in 1958 in Sivas. The company continued its journey with the release of the first seat model in 1962. The company, which has grown thanks to orders from the State Supply Office (DMO), has moved production to Ankara after winning a tender. The company, named "Ersa" in 1978, first developed its woodworking workshop and moved to modern premises and updated equipment for metal and wood processing. Ersa started working with many Turkish and foreign designers and in 2009 opened a new wood furniture manufacturing enterprise. In 2010, Ersa received its first design awards "Excellent Design" and "Good Design" in the Design Turkey competition and opened its first showroom in 2011 with the "BoxinaBoxIdea" concept. In the same year, Ersa was awarded one of the world's most prestigious design awards - Red Dot for its design line. In 2015, the company already had 35 awards and continues to receive new ones. Ersa, where third generation family members also take part in management, continues to operate in all areas where furniture exists.
