Knoll is an American design firm founded in 1938. The company produces office furniture, textiles and accessories for home, office and educational institutions. More than 40 Knoll designs are featured in the permanent design collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. In 2011, Knoll received the National Design Award for Corporate and Institutional Achievement from the Smithsonian Cooper Hewitt Museum of Design.
