The production activity of the company in the field of furniture and furnishings began in Ankara in 1955. The success and success achieved by 1964, combined with extensive experience, allowed the company to take an active part in the creation of the development of Ankara Cityler, and two years later, in 1966, furniture production and design continued as Özen Kardeşler. Manufacturing is supported in Ankara Cityler, with constant innovation developing from year to year. In 1982, with the opening of the Inegol branch, the work will be carried out in more favorable conditions, both in terms of raw materials and in terms of logistics: it was decided to continue the design and production of furniture in Inegol, and therefore the production facilities were moved to Inegol in 1983. In 1998 the company was transformed into a limited liability company, taking another step towards institutionalization, and when 1999 came, a brand called Öznil was formed, under which the design and production of classic wooden furniture is carried out. In 2006, work began on the creation of a new manufacturing plant and a new company, having decided to invest in the design and manufacture of wooden furniture as a result of research and development, taking into account the market balance of supply and demand. In 2007, the official name of the company was Nesli Mobilya Koltuk Orman Ürünleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti and the Nill's Furniture Design trademark. In the same year, the design and production of furniture began with the first launch held at IMOB, Istanbul Furniture Fair. In 2008, the design and production of sofas was added to the product portfolio with a broad vision and investment. The production activity continues with the use of the latest technological equipment imported from Europe in 2007, which develops and develops day by day.
