Ombrellificio Poggesi was founded in 1964 when a simple artisan began his activity of producing tents and umbrellas for the stalls of the local markets. In those years of the economic development when large retailers were not yet developed and people used to go shopping at the street market, Poggesi created and affirmed its name throughout all Tuscany.
