Sibast (Denmark)

Sibast is a Danish furniture manufacturer founded in 1908 by P.O.Sibast. In the middle of the last century, Sibast Furniture became famous outside of Denmark, in particular, thanks to Sibast chairs No. 7 and 8. The company also successfully collaborated with the Danish furniture designer Arne Vodder, and in the 1960s, Sibast chairs even made their way to the White House.

In 1984, the family sold Sibast furniture, but Helge Sibast's daughters retained the copyright for his designs and relaunched Sibast Furniture in 2012. The new collections include original works by Helge Sibast and fresh designs that reflect the company's core values ​​of high-quality workmanship and thoughtful design.
